Who we are

Vehiki is operated by Vehiki, LLC ("Vehiki", "we", "us"). When you use vehiki.co or any Vehiki app, you are contracting with Vehiki, LLC. By creating an account or continuing to use the service, you agree to these terms.

The service

Vehiki provides booking pages, branded apps, scheduling, team and dispatch tools for independent automotive service businesses, plus booking and rewards features for their customers. Businesses are responsible for the services, prices and policies they publish; appointment requests are not confirmed until the business accepts them.

Your account

You must be of legal age and, if you sign up for a business, have authority to bind it. Keep your login details confidential and your information accurate — you are responsible for activity under your account.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the service, including: using it for anything unlawful, fraud or spam; infringing anyone's intellectual property; uploading malware, probing or attacking our systems, or scraping the service; reverse engineering, reselling or circumventing plan limits.

Our intellectual property

Vehiki, LLC owns the service and its software, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it within your plan. You keep ownership of the content you upload and grant us a limited license to host and process it only to provide the service.

Plans, payments and billing

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. For eligible transactions, Stripe's managed payments service (shown on statements as LINK.COM*) acts as the seller of record and handles sales tax, fraud screening, disputes and transaction support. Vehiki does not store full card numbers. Plans renew monthly until cancelled; cancelling keeps your plan until the end of the paid period. Starter includes a 7-day free trial that requires a payment method and converts to a paid plan unless cancelled before it ends. Paid plans include 25% off the first month. See our Refund Policy.

V-Rewards

V-Rewards are run by each business separately. Points earned with one business can't be used at another and have no cash value.

Service level and warranties

We work to keep Vehiki available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. When access ends, you can request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Neither party is liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in a merger or acquisition. Questions: support@vehiki.co.
